THE STEPS BAND and Tamara Khublaryan

THE STEPS BAND was formed in Yerevan in July 2016. 
Members of the group are:
Sahak Ghazaryan – bass-guitar
Arman Manukyan – percussion instruments
Hovhannes Melkumyan – lead guitar
Harutyun Ovakyan – saxophone
Sevada Hakobyan – keyboard instruments.
The group mainly plays and composes in the jazz, funk and blues genres.
Tamara Khublaryan was involved in THE STEPS BAND as a soloist within the project “X Factor 4” on Garik Papoyan’s initiative in December 2016.

Tamara Khublaryan was born in the city of Stepanavan of the Lori Province on February 26, 1997.
In 2013 she finished Secondary school named after Hovhannes Tumanyan in Stepanavan.
She has a seven-year musical education specializing in violin and piano. 
In 2014 she entered the Department of Logopaedics of the Faculty of Special Education of Armenian
State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan.
She has participated in various inter-university contests and charity concerts.
She composes and has written songs and musical compositions.
